After being gone for a week I am back with something that I am so excited about! I have teamed up with Bada’s boutique to provide these great bags that are personalized with your very own picture! I can use any picture from a previous session or we can schedule a new session so that you have a current picture that you can show off to all of your friends, families, and co-workers. These are great gifts for grandparents, moms, aunts, etc. You can even get a gift certificate for a mom-to-be! Be sure to contact me soon to book your appointment. Believe it or not, Christmas is right around the corner and I anticipate a busy season!

There are three sizes to choose from and fabric swatches in a multitude of colors and patterns so that you can customize exactly the way you’d like!

Here’s the diaper bag:

It comes with a matching changing pad.

We have a tote bag that is perfect for day to day use.

We also have a fun, smaller handbag.

You will notice that they all have inner pockets for convenient storage. And every bag has a magnetic snap to close them with.

The prices are:

Diaper Bag: $175

Tote Bag: $150

Handbag: $95

It is possible to get two pictures on the diaper bag and tote bag for an additional $15. The turn around time for the bags is 3 weeks and the Christmas cut-off is Dec. 1st. (Yikes! Can’t believe I am talking about Christmas already!)

This past weekend I had the honor of photographing Emily and David’s wedding here in Hickory. I thought I would share some of their engagement pictures while I go through the wedding photos. They are high school sweethearts so we had to make a stop at Fred T. Foard high school first.

And then we drove over to her parents’ house, which is on a beautiful location. We were lucky that these yellow flowers were blooming!

Kerbie + Brandon

Well my associate, Erica, has been busy this summer and I have yet to blog about what she is up to so I thought it was about time! A couple of weeks ago she met with the beautiful Kerbie and equally stunning Brandon for their engagement session. They started at Duke Gardens and moved to Carolina’s campus. (now you know why I chose this one to start with! haha!) Yep, you guessed it, Kerbie and Brandon are fellow Tar Heels! Erica did a fabulous job! It looks as though they had a great time together for the shoot…despite the heat!

Aspen + Jay

I was so excited about this wedding, but a little sad at the same time because I have really enjoyed working with Aspen over the past year. Well, she finally married the love of her life several weeks ago and the day couldn’t have been more perfect. They were married at Shuford Gardens in Hickory with a reception at Lake Hickory Country Club. Aspen did not forget one detail and the whole day was inspiring. Jay was the perfect groom; happy and so smitten with his beautiful bride!

Tammy + Davis = Austin!

I have been seeing my very good friends, Tammy and Davis pretty often here lately. We did a “belly” shoot several weeks ago….it was so much fun and Tammy looked so good! I think most expecting moms would be jealous! And just about a week ago little Austin was born. He is so sweet and teeny-tiny! Congratulations you two! I am so happy for both of you!

Welcome to the world, little man!

As you can see, he is most happy in mommy’s arms!
