Orange Cat Photo is offering a select few portrait sessions over the fourth weekend.

Sessions are available on Friday, July 3rd at Cherry Grove, which is north of North Myrtle Beach in SC.
Session fees are $475 (includes a $350 print credit that you can use for reprints, canvases and our gallery mounted prints)
Maximum of 5 family members. More family members are $25 each.

Payment must be made in full to hold your spot.

Old friends

I have known Tammy since the first day of freshman orientation. Our last names were the same so we were grouped together. Then we realized we were going to live on the same hall. The friendship grew from there and after 13 years (wow!) we are still friends. It is always great to see Tammy and her hubby and now their little one so when they said they would be driving through Hickory the other day I jumped at the chance to have them over. Of course I had to get some shots of their cutie, who is almost 1 already!

It was great to see the three of you and hope we can get together again soon!

And I just had to share this. Shooting animals are a nightmare for me; they never listen and it can just seem impossible. Add a baby to the mix and the challenge seriously frightens me! Well I was amazed by how cooperative both baby and this beauty were…simply amazed!

10 Weeks!

Unbelievably Olivia is 10 weeks old today! She has really started to show some personality and even managing a “coo” here and there. As much as I love her as a newborn, I am also excited to watch her develop into a fun and happy baby.
I have found the trick when photographing her…get daddy to hold her! Already she is a daddy’s girl and here I thought I would at least get the first year; she needs me to eat afterall! But she loves her daddy and I keep telling her how lucky she is to have such a great daddy….he just dotes over her! Here are a couple on daddy’s lap.
