The Wood Family

Well, we photogs need pictures of our family too so when Jenn of Tom Wood Photography proposed a portrait swap I was more than happy! We picked a beautiful Sunday afternoon to get together. I just love their family…such sweet and fun girls!

Well Luke and Morgan are just growing TOO fast! It almost brought me to tears to edit these pictures. I have known them since they were born and what sweet babies they were! They are not babies anymore and they are SO much fun! Here’s a few.

What a beautiful day we had for this fun e-session! These two are so much fun…Joey can not be taken serious for one minute though! He swears he is sky diving down onto Childress Vineyards, their reception site, on the day of the wedding. Well, make sure you text me before you land! Lindsay and Joey, can’t wait for the wedding; I know it will be beautiful!

A few from Halloween

So luckily we celebrated Halloween a little early on the Hickory Square on Friday. They hosted their annual candy crawl so I met my friend Meredith and we walked around and collected candy for the dads! Meredith’s little boy is Olivia’s “boyfriend” so we had to do a little photo shoot of the two of them….so cute!

Angela + Derek

I LOVE this time of year! It is the perfect weather for going up to the Blowing Rock parkway. That’s what Angela, Derek and I decided to do for their engagement pictures. We had such a good time and I think I made Angela work harder than her heels could take! (Hope your feet recovered!) We were able to capture some really beautiful images to celebrate their engagement. Can’t wait for the wedding next year!
